Golf: Bringing Nations Together at USIP 2026

Punta Espada Golf Club in Cap Cana will host the golf tournament of the 4th USIP World Police Games, bringing together sporting competition and international fellowship in a Caribbean coastal setting.

Approximately 70 competitors from USIP member countries and invited delegations are expected to participate. The tournament welcomes active and retired police officers and members of the Armed Forces, alongside friends, institutional partners and supporters of the public security forces.

Players will compete individually in a Stroke Play format, with Gross and Net classifications recognising overall scores and handicap-adjusted performances. All competitors must present a valid handicap certificate issued by their national federation, with official scores validated by the course professional.

Through arrangements secured by the Organizing Committee, Cap Cana authorities have granted participating delegations complimentary use of Punta Espada’s facilities. Golf carts will be included, and the Dominican Republic National Police will provide scheduled transportation between designated hotels and the course.

Awards will recognise the Gross champion and runner-up, as well as the top three players in the Net classification. Beyond the competition, the tournament aims to strengthen professional relationships, encourage cultural exchange and promote international cooperation through sport.
